Frequently asked questions
How much does a listing cost?
Nothing. Your business is already listed because Florida licence records are public — you do not pay to appear, and you cannot pay to rank higher. Claiming simply lets you correct the details and add contact information the state record does not include.
Why is my business already on this site?
Every listing is generated from public licence records published by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. We only publish licences shown as current and active, and we show exactly what the state shows: licence number, licence holder, licensed since, city and status.
What can I add or correct when I claim?
A phone number, a website link, a short description of the services you actually offer, and the areas you serve. You can also correct a business name or address that the state record has out of date, and tell us if you have retired or let the licence lapse so we can remove the listing.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Email us with your licence number and we will remove it. Note that the underlying record remains public on the state portal — we control only what appears on this site.
