We read and reply to everything. There is no support queue and no ticket system — messages come straight to the person who runs the site.
Common reasons people write
- A listing is wrong. Tell us the licence number and what is incorrect. Note that the name, city and status come straight from state records — if those are wrong, they need correcting at the DBPR first, and our copy will follow at the next refresh.
- You want your listing removed. Send the licence number and it comes down. We do not argue about it and we do not charge for it. The underlying record stays public on the state portal, which we do not control.
- You want to claim a listing and add a phone number, website or service area — use the claim page instead, it asks for the right details.
- Questions about the data. How it is sourced, how often it refreshes, what we exclude. Our methodology is documented, but ask if something is unclear.
- Press, research or partnerships. Journalists and researchers are welcome to use our licensing report with attribution; get in touch if you need a specific cut of the data.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent directory, not a government body and not a contractor. We cannot resolve a dispute with a contractor, issue or reinstate a licence, process a complaint, or tell you whether a contractor is any good — we only publish what the licence record says. For complaints against a licensed contractor, go to the Florida DBPR, which is the body with actual authority.
