Angel J Martin Air Conditioning Service Inc

What this record tells you

Angel J Martin Air Conditioning Service Inc holds Florida licence CAC039630, a CAC classification which authorises work as a certified/registered air conditioning or mechanical contractor. A "C" prefix means the licence is certified — valid anywhere in Florida.

This licence was first issued in 1986, which makes it one of the longest-held licences for the trade in this area. Roughly 3% of the 73 active hvac & ac repair licences based in the Key West & The Keys area were issued earlier than this one, and the local median sits at 2010. That is 40 years of continuous licensure.

Angel J Martin Air Conditioning Service Inc is one of 15 active hvac & ac repair licences registered to an address in Key Largo, so you have local alternatives to compare quotes against.

The licence is recorded as expiring on 08/31/2028. Florida licences renew on a fixed cycle, and a licence that is not renewed moves to delinquent status — which is why the expiry date matters if you are planning work close to that date. Confirm the current status on the state portal before signing a contract.
