A.Q. Inspection and Repair Inc.

What this record tells you

A.Q. Inspection and Repair Inc. holds Florida licence CCC058019, a CCC classification which authorises work as a certified/registered roofing contractor. A "C" prefix means the licence is certified — valid anywhere in Florida.

This licence was first issued in 2000, which makes it one of the longest-held licences for the trade in this area. Roughly 10% of the 370 active roofing licences based in the Port St. Lucie & Treasure Coast area were issued earlier than this one, and the local median sits at 2019. That is 26 years of continuous licensure.

A.Q. Inspection and Repair Inc. is one of 34 active roofing licences registered to an address in Fort Pierce, so you have local alternatives to compare quotes against.

The licence is recorded as expiring on 08/31/2026. Florida licences renew on a fixed cycle, and a licence that is not renewed moves to delinquent status — which is why the expiry date matters if you are planning work close to that date. Confirm the current status on the state portal before signing a contract.
